This letter is to let you know that we continue to be enormously impressed by what Imparta appears to be capable of. Mark and Jayne have been absolutely tireless, and their support and presence at all stages has meant that we have been able to feel totally confident in the outcome of this project.

But this note is really to give tribute to all the people behind the scenes who made your product a reality. Our people without exception have left these introductory sessions with a mixture of wonder, admiration and amazement.
