Do
you know where and how you will compete next year - in five years
- in twenty?
Our
client-tailored courses will give you the tools to decide and
to plan your business to keep winning now and in the future.
|
These
workshops are aimed at managers who need to take a strategic perspective
of their business and to prepare their company for the future.
The design and content are tailored to the specific needs and
business sector of each client.
Using
real case studies - often from the client's own industry - group
exercises and interactive teaching, participants will learn the
key techniques of modern business strategy. In two or three days
of intensive learning participants will obtain a very good understanding
of some of the most important strategic ideas and models and how
to apply them to their own real business life.
We
also offer practical in-business learning after the course, with
support for exercises related
to real strategic problems encountered by managers in their work.
These
workshops can be delivered in Portuguese or in English, at the
client's option. If delivered in English, we can supply glossaries
of strategic terms in both languages.
