In
exclusive partnership with Imparta, the London-based, world leading
provider of multimedia and computer based management training,
we offer outstanding, practical training courses in applied competitive
strategy. Using highly realistic business simulation software
and interactive multimedia tutorials, participants face the challenge
of managing a company which urgently needs to change its competitive
strategy to survive.
Strategy CoPilot® courses are lead by experienced
trainers who are members of the Imparta Faculty. The workshops
can be held in English or Portuguese. The course is modular and
is adapted to the client's specific needs. Learning can be done
in individual work on the PC but is usually delivered in two or
three days of workshop, including extended sessions using the
simulation, as well as discussions, practical group exercises
and case studies, which can be based on the customer's own company
and sector.
After
the course we offer e-learning support for further
study and the
real life application of the tools learnt.
The
complete course, with five phases of simulation and three days
of workshop takes around 20 to 30 hours but a shorter two day
versions, with three simulation modules, can also be given.
